Katharine Berry Judson (Ed)

While these stories were mostly passed down through word of mouth, Judson saw fit to put them in writing to keep them from being lost to history. The tales in this collection come from the following tribes: Winnebago, Chitimacha, Wyandot, Biloxi, Ojibwa, Mandan, Menomini, Cherokee, Sioux, Knisteneaux, Choctaw (Bayou Lacomb), Fox, and Natchez.
